Le spectacle vivant des animaux qui viennent s’abreuver devant le restaurant. Nourriture très bonne et variée. Chambres très spacieuses. Rien à redire pour un lodge au milieu d’un parc.

Especial mención al personal de enfermería de Kilaguni y de Amboseli Lodges. Mi hijo había sufrido una infección severa y pedimos a los servicios de enfermería de ambos lodge que le administraran las dosis de antibiótico intravenoso por goteo. Las enfermeras de ambos lo hicieron eficientemente y muy simpáticas. Gracias a ello, nuestro viaje en ruta no se vio impactado. Muchas gracias a Serena por vuestra ayuda en este contratiempo

This is the lodge on the property of Tsavo West national park (safari). It is of the high quality accommodation with an opportunity to see the wild life and game directly from the room's balcony and the terrace of the restaurant. Two water holes attract various species such as zebras, giraffes, antilopes, elephants and water buffaloes. Having a breakfast with a view of the mountains and the flat bush country with the wild life/game in it is what we came to Kenya for. We were able to arrange game drives directly from the lodge - they have a whole fleet of jeeps specifically designed to accommodate rough conditions of safari terrain. Our guide William is the professional naturalist with an encyclopedic knowledge of the safari life. There wasn't a single question that he didn't give an exhaustive answer to. Since the property is located in the national park we had to enter the park no later than 6 pm. We were driving from the southern resort in Diani Beach on the very congested road and could only get to the park at the midnight. We contacted the lodge and the service agent by the name Dorkas made all the arrangements for ranger if the park to open the gates and finally check us in at 1 am.

Great place, amazing location overlooking the water hole, must visit to experience the wildlife!

The bathrooms are a bit dated.

Zoals zoveel lodges ligt Kilaguni aan een "watering hole", waar je vanuit het restaurant/bar een geweldig uitzicht op hebt. Ik heb er veel gezien, maar nog nooit zoveel dieren bij elkaar gezien als hier. Het was een komen en gaan van buffels, zebra's, olifanten en nog veel meer. nJe kunt er de hele dag naar zitten kijken. Verder was de staf super vriendelijk!

De lodge is ruim 60 jaar oud, en dat geeft veel historie, maar is hier en daar ook wel te zien. Met name de badkamers zijn wel een keertje aan vernieuwing toe.

Amazing location

Great location with views over the watering hole which had lots of visitors. I was able to arrange a birthday cake for my husband which was presented with amazing singing of Hakuna Matata.

Unfortunately the swimming pool is being renovated at the moment so was out of service.
