La proximité en métro du centre de New-York et de toutes les activités. Mais l’hôtel est également dans un quartier vivant avec des boutiques, des restaurants et des magasins alimentaires tout proches.

I often come to NYC for work and have stayed at this hotel at least 7 times. The neighborhood has convenient food choices, a handful of decent coffee shops, and subway stations are plenty. However, the only reason I keep coming back is the hotel staff and housekeeping. They're always super nice at the front desk in the lobby and housekeeping staff, particularly Ms. Xiao Ping, are so KIND, helpful, and considerate. Long trips away from home are hard and she has made this most recent one as comfortable as could be and I am so appreciative of her and the rest of the staff.

Close to the Barclays Center

I was given an already damaged room. The fridge was scratched up , there was a spill on the lamp shade, bed sheets were dirty/stained, scruff marks on the closet. I also didn’t appreciate that I was charged three times and I was informed that I would only be charged twice , when I called the hotel a day after I left I asked for them to break down all the charges and the manager and other employee kept giving me different numbers than what I seen on my transaction history.
