Capri Motel

The room was very old but not dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was not very appealing either. I did not expect much for the price I paid but a better bed would have been much appreciated.

Where to start? We were put here when the original hotel we booked for a few nights lost our reservation for the first night. There were three adults - the room had two beds, but it was clearly the size of a one-bed room with two beds stuffed in. The place was clean - I'll give them that. What we paid was way more than we should have, but it was a Saturday night in August in Mackinaw City! Definitely not worth it! It's pretty bad when the broken toilet paper holder falls off the wall when you go to use it. No pride of ownership here! Never saw any staff there, even when we were in the office having the continental breakfast.

Price is reasonable. With breakfast is nice. Building is old. Room is not cleaned fully. Staff in the office is kind and friendly.

Good motel,quiet

Close to Mackinaw's attractions, clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. Great independent motel.

simple, no frills, no fuss, exactly what we were looking for

Clean, quiet - all one story, "old school" family-owned place. And yet, right off I 75. Fun, restaurants etc all nearby - & staff knows the area, & can recommend places. (Plus a swimming pool.) If you're looking for a nice room at a fair price, this is it.

we liked the hotel. Other then the air conditioner was not working that well. Good location and cheep

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast lacked in variety.

The hotel was convenient to downtown. We were looking for an affordable motel to stay in with our two grandchildren. We enjoyed the pool and the room fit our needs. We didn't spend a lot of time there. It had a refrigerator and microwave.
