"Lovely stay at the Ormond Hotel, Tetbury"

We had a lovely stay at the Ormond Hotel in Tetbury. The room was lovely, very stylish and welcoming. Great breakfast. The staff were very friendly and professional and we would like to especially thank the lady who helped us with finding transport to Highgrove and the lovely Julia who went above and beyond to help us. Would highly recommend.

"Wouldn't stay again"

First impressions were good, the entrance is nicely presented and the bar area is nice. The location is very good. Public Parking is not too far and not too expensive.

The room wasn't as nice as the images and we could hear EVERYTHING from the room below The bedside lamps didn't work There was nobody to check us out when we left so we couldn't pass on any feedback. There are no vegan options for food - when we asked a member of staff they said they would ask the chef but then didn't come back to us. When we asked again later we were told the chef could do eggs 🙄 or porridge - we did not eat breakfast £22 each for breakfast is very expensive! There was minor black mould in the bedroom.

Lovely character property, very centrally located in Tetbury. Parking wasnt an issue for us and was close by. Room interesting decoration

Bathroom could do with an update but this was nothing major

"Lovely hotel in great location."

Lovely hotel and room situated smack in the middle of Tetbury. Food was good. Good value for money but bar prices a little high - although that is everywhere nowadays! Room lovely and right on the yard. Even though in the middle of town it was quiet at night. Could do with just upping the standard of little things like the towels and cups and make sure the duvet was the right size for the bed!! Not a problem as it was hot!! Staff very polite, friendly and helpful - really lovely!

our initial room bathroom terrible smell from somewhere this was rectified quickly and we were given another room which was very nice just glad they had a spare room available or it cold have been a problem
