Hilton Garden Inn Houston West Katy

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The service exceeded our expectations, with every team member being courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly. It really made the experience special. The hotel is also perfectly located, right next to the mall, Typhoon Texas Waterpark and surrounded by great shopping and dining options in Katy, which made everything incredibly convenient. A big thank-you to the manager and staff, who went above and beyond to make sure our visit was memorable. Their care, attention, and commitment to great service truly stood out. We’re grateful to the entire team for such a great stay and will absolutely be returning.

Stayed here for a work trip and was super impressed! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I’m a mom of three so work travel is my only “me” time and it was nice to just be in a clean, organized, cozy room that felt like home without the chaos 😁

I stayed here at this Hilton Garden Inn while visiting some family in the Katy area. To start off, the hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the freeway and tons of options nearby for both food and shopping. When checking in I was greeted by the manager, Kevin. He was very helpful and made the check in process a breeze. Everyone working here was very friendly and Mr. Kevin made sure to follow up with me every time he saw me to make sure everything was to my liking. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I was especially grateful for the free parking and free internet considering those two things cost an arm and a leg at most other hotels. Overall I felt this was an excellent hotel for the price and the service rivaled most 5 star properties I have stayed at. I will definitely be staying here from now on whenever I am in town. Thank you to Kevin and his team for making my stay such a memorable one!

I've stayed here on several occasions and I've always been extremely pleased and impressed with the high quality of standards upheld. The staff is always friendly and the manager is the best in the business. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Went to this hotel for a family reunion and had a great time. We rented the banquet room and they provided catering for our event. The people working there went above and beyond for us and the event space was perfect. We had so much fun hanging out with our family and having drinks at the bar. The pool was large and fun to hang out in! We will have our reunion again at this same hotel next time

I have stayed at a couple hotels in katy before this one and won’t go anywhere else anymore! Great frontdesk staff and management. The gm kevin Moussavi was at the desk welcoming us when we checked in. Hotel lobby bar and restaurant looks brand new and rooms were incredibly clean. Will stay here anytime I’m in katy!
