Great hotel, great location, amazing staff ! Rooms were very clean and restaurant and bar on site! The lobby was beautiful and fully renovated they go above and beyond to take care of you!

We made the reservations with an errored date and within minutes of noticing this mistake we tried to correct and were not able to. Do we are paying for a room we won’t be staying in and will NOT stay in another Hilton in the future, Great customer service…

"Just OK"

Stayed here for a work/family function and chose to only book one night in case it wasn’t great and glad I did. I ended up moving to another property the next day. First, it’s in a convenient location with many restaurants around. There is also one on site. The front desk was very cordial. The room was clean, but there was a little poo in the toilet (yuck) and when I ran the water for a shower, it was brown water at first. I was hesitant to shower but what was I supposed to do? The beds were very uncomfortable. They were very thin mattresses that sunk in the middle so I didn’t sleep at all. Also, it was super loud because of I-10 right across the way. Maybe if you ask for a room on the opposite side of the property you might have a better experience. I will not stay again, as there are several hotels in the area to choose from at a similar price point.
