Hotel Irma

We loved the central location, walking everywhere, the amazing views from the hotel, the incredible staff - always attentive and friendly - great amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel for our first trip to Zihua

you can't request a room on a lower floor in advance - and we were on the top! The advantage was we had a beautiful view and we hiked up an extra 70 stairs to get to the room each time and it was great exercise. But know this in advance if you have any physical limitations.

Employed many employees that did not understand or communicate well with English language. Asked to move from our room as “special” people were arriving who wanted that room. Breakfast was included in our hotel pkg and was advised by food service staff that we could order “anything” on menu. That was not true and was told that extra monies would be necessary. Was not aware or told of a dollar limit. Beautiful views from hotel, no elevators just steps, 6 levels, mostly senior travelers.

Very nice hotel very clean. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good.

Amazing view of Zihuatanejo bay. Beautiful property. Short walk into town. Staff was excellent. Would have liked a refrigerator in the room. Local food was so amazing we always had leftovers. Maybe a shower door or curtain so we didn't flood the floor so much. Excellent over all.

The room I had would be fine for basic accommodation or as a filler night. Dark rooms with limited ceiling or wall light, thin bed sheets with no blanket. No storage for anything, clothes or side table. Safe, beautiful view and close to other resorts along La Ropa!

wont stay here again good location, walkable, 2 ways to get to hotel. up hill via uphill street or stairs both can be taxing beautiful views, clean pools all but the front desk staff are friendly. front desk does not look up does not acknowledge you …nothing rooms are so basic that lights are just bulbs screwed in no lampshades beds are hard towels rough threadbare and even with holes hairdryer, small bottle of shampoo, and tiny bar of soap no fridge no coffeemaker pools not heated jacuzzi not heated (whats the point of a jacuzzi then) ran out of hot water on day 4 (seems spending $ to heat anything is an issue) internet is nonexistent as long as people continue to come here they will never change or update anything

Room pretty basic, but enjoyed it! Staff and restaurant were great!

This facility advertises what they don’t even have. No elevator or fridge. It’s hard to carry around all your suitcases plus a stroller.

Pools are nice food is good. I had to do some work while travelling wifi in the rooms is basically non existent have to go down to the pool or lobby for wifi
