Paradise Isle Beach Resort

We booked this resort for 2 days so that we get a feel of being very close to the beach. It met all our expectations with regards to the rooms and also breakfast was good with a good sea view. Only thing that bothered us a bit was on 2nd day after the room clean, we found few small cockroaches running on the edges of the wall or inbetween the bathroom doors. If that is taken care it's a perfect stay for how many ever days you wish to stay for. My daughter loved it very much...

Staff at Reception should be properly trained to understand how to welcome and be understanding towards tired travellers ! Indifferent and untrained staff at their breakfast restaurant !

The property is in a very good location. Right opposite to malpe beach. But the property is very old and poorly maintained and rooms are not worth 8000 per night. Window , sun shades and balcony full of pigeon droppings. Found a Lizard and Lizard droppings in the room. Bathroom was clean. Beach view rooms are Too small for a family of 4. Breakfast was ok. Menu was limited due to gas issues. Food tasted good. Reception staff are dull and unresponsive. Suraj was the only one who was helpful and did a good job. Nemo and bubbles bar are 2 of the restaurants outside their property and all 3 restaurants have same menu. Bubbles was not good of the 3 in terms of service and ambience.

It's a prime property at Malpe beach. Good hospitality but rooms require little renovation. Little small in size. But it's the best thing in Udupi. Limited veg options around. But in-house restaurant is good

Regretted booking for two days..!! Definitely not the money we pay for! Flooring very poor- small marble stones looking very dirty. Shower place was not fully covered in bottom thereby causing flood in the bathroom after taking bath-pictures and video shows the flooding in the bathroom..!! One full half day no water- reason given pipe burst! In which case they shd hv intimated and made some arrangement like supplying a bucket of water atleast!! It was awful when realised no water after using the latrine..!!

Over all not the worth

The only advantage of this hotel was the location on the beach. Rest all substandard. Old hotel which needs refurbishment soon. Neither rooms nor staff were pleasing. Somehow spent my two nights as mostly time spent outside exploring the city and beaches. Too pricey as compared to the value.

This place is a complete disaster and an absolute cheat. We prepaid and confirmed 2 rooms through their official website, yet on arrival they shamelessly said no booking exists and claimed the resort was fully packed. Utter incompetence and zero accountability. We were dumped into ONE cramped room, falsely calling it a family room, and had the nerve to charge us for two rooms. Pure exploitation of guests who had already traveled. The so-called New Year rooftop party was a total joke. A random childish host, a boring magic show, and unpleasant, ear splitting, irritating music. No DJ night, no dance floor, no New Year vibe, no drinks included — nothing even remotely worth the price. It felt awkward and embarrassing, not celebratory. This resort is built on fake hype, misleading photos, and terrible management. Once they have your money, they don’t care how badly they ruin your stay. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. One of the worst hospitality experiences ever.
