Paradise Isle Beach Resort

Stayed in Room 6XX there. Room was on 1st floor (do not know why itt was nunbered 6xx series). Place stinks. The entire floor has a a washroom at the entrance of the floor lobby. It stinks. The smell pervades throughout entire floor. The room toilets 'looked' clean but a very dirty odour emanated from the commode or duct. Swimming pool water was dirty with bird feathers and droppings. Great location. Poorly maintained hotel. Breakfast was below average quality. The stink from the washrooms was there in the restaurant too. Overall poor experience. Room was not ready at time of check in at 5pm and then alternate room was allocated after an altercation between the staff themselves! Overall poor experience. Staff is courteous and helpful (eg Rahul D'Souza etc.) But will never consider this property again for a vacation.

Very poor maintenance, bath room is in very bad state, TV remote is not working or get replacement even after complain. Overall it is really very bad choice for the amount charged for the accommodation.

Not clean enough, not maintained, loud speakers blaring, very disappointing

We stayed in the rooms with beach view, clean, spacious and well prepared rooms with comfortable beds and clean toilets & showers. The in house restaurant offered delicious meals. The buffet breakfast was generous. The beach is right in front of the resort. The staff were attentive and helped with all the information you need. For the guests who arrive by public transport there is a auto stand and the charges were fair.

A travel desk would have been nice.

Location.

I went at the wrong time. The food festival was very noisy at the beach.

Only benefit was it's location, it is situation right on the famous beach. Room was small and was very smelly, it was smelling like alcohol all the time. Food at their restaurants like Bubble and Nemo's was good but it is little pricey.
