Had a truly relaxing and memorable stay at Back Water Ripples Kumarakom. The resort atmosphere was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful backwaters and greenery, making it a perfect place to unwind with family A special mention to Davis from the front office team for his excellent interaction, friendly attitude, and professional service. He was always welcoming, helpful, and ensured that every guest felt comfortable and cared for. His hospitality and positive approach really made our experience even more enjoyable.

We recently went for a day outing from Infopark to Backwater Ripples, Kumarakom, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort offers a peaceful and scenic atmosphere surrounded by beautiful backwaters, making it a perfect escape from the busy work routine. One of the highlights of the trip was the food. The buffet had a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The Kerala-style dishes were especially flavorful and well prepared. The snacks and refreshments served during the day were also excellent and added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured that our group was comfortable throughout the visit. The property is clean, well maintained, and ideal for team outings, family trips, or a relaxing day with friends. Overall, Backwater Ripples provided us with great hospitality, tasty food, and a refreshing day in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Kumarakom!

We stayed at Backwater Ripples for 4 days and had a really peaceful and beautiful experience. The service was really good throughout our stay. Everyone was very friendly and caring. They kept asking us if we needed anything and made sure we were comfortable all the time. Special thanks to Sindhu ma’am (guest experience manager) who was extremely sweet and helpful. She kept checking on us personally and made sure everything was going well. The food was exceptionally good and we enjoyed all the meals. One thing I personally noticed was the cleanliness. Not just the rooms, but the entire resort was maintained very neatly all the time. We could constantly see staff cleaning and taking care of the place properly. The sunset view was beautiful and the whole atmosphere of the resort felt very calm and relaxing. The pool was also very clean and felt safe for kids since there were always two guards watching carefully. Overall, our 4 days stay went really well and we truly enjoyed the backwater atmosphere and hospitality. Definitely a place we would love to visit again.
