everything, except for the initial experience. We booked the Deluxe rooms, tower wing. We booked 4 rooms and all the rooms were poor as AC was nto working and 3 of the rooms were very small. It was so hot and the staff made us wait for 4 hours to think about changing our upgrading the rooms, as didnt have any functional room within same category. Once this was sorted and other rooms were assigned, rest of the experience was wonderful. Lots of opportunities for family to spend time, kids friednly where lots of play area available. Food was really good. Worth the price.

It is very clean, has a beautiful garden, a pool with nice few of the lake and also the food was really great. Sindhu (the experience manager) took a lot of time taking care of us. She helped me with my skin problems by finding some good herbs, took lots of pictures of us, showed us the garden and gave us some fresh mangos straight from the tree. Also the reception was very friendly and helpful - they brought us some fresh coconut, answered all of our questions and also brought some breakfast to the room. An ayurvedic doctor gave us a lot of insight and we had a great masage, worth the money (around 25€ for 1 hour). There are events included, such as a boat trip with the sunset, guided walks, afternoon tea and snacks, and a lot more. All together it was a great experience.

Great experience! Overall a wonderful stay. Sijo who is a Naturalist at the property guided us well for village tour, bird experience and nearby church and beach tour as well. He helped us out in varied local food options as well. Thanks to him, my husband and I felt like home and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip at Backwater Ripples!. Thank you
