The staff🙌🏾I give 💯 on the staff honestly. Especially the lady name Dineo Maponya. We clicked the very first time we met. Her energy is amazing…she’s the reason why I’ve been recommending the play to my friends.

No attention to client support, despite being a Premium Radisson member. I felt like a nuisance to them on everything I asked for

Easy to get to since it was located across from the Gautrain station. Not much else around though and it looked a bit sketchy at night.

Great location and good option to stay in joburg geart staff namely Dineo who checked me in and helped with great smile. Food options are great as well

I had such a lovely experience thanks to Fiona at reception. She was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Fiona was always smiling, helpful with any questions, and made the check-in process quick and easy. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who truly cares about guests — she definitely made my stay feel special!

Was served by Willaim, what a awesome guy with first rate service. The head chef walks around and asks if you are happy and is so positive with feedback. She is such a pleasure. The breakfast buffet is the best I have had.

The hotel has a lobby bar and a restaurant, both of which have a nice terrace seating that is excellent when the weather is good. ROOM: We stayed in Room 917, Which was a SUITE room, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough with a nice Living area with couch/tv and a big Bedroom area; VIEW: Sweet view of the cityscape; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: good quality toiletries FACILITIES: Very good Gym with a full range of weights, workout stations, and Cardio machines perfect for a full-on workout. They also have a compact outdoor pool SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to ELDINNET for enhancing our stay. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

Me he alejado en dos oportunidades en este hotel, la ubicación es excelente. El personal muy atento, cuenta con bar,piscina y restaurante..el desayuno es muy completo. Definitivamente volvere..

Improve the higiene

Thank you to the hotel desk staff, specifically Nikola and Lerato for making my check in and room set up comfortable for the duration of my stay. Alos loved the gift and rewards spin the wheel challenge - make it special. Another special mention to the Gents at the Bar Koketso, Thabo and Sbu for always making my drinks just the way I like then and ensuring they always flowing and treating my guest with the same level of care and respect when I have meetings at the hotel.
