Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel

Hotel great; Reception, room and general experience great, Resteraunt very poor in the evening due to staff service and food quality (breakfast was a good experience). The evening Resteraunt experience tainted an otherwise good experience.

Radisson Blue Gautrain is clean, neat and professionally run. Staff is super-friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a great breakfast, a swimming pool and a well-stocked bar. It is centrally located within 5 mins walking distance of the Gautrain station in Sandton, as well as Sandton Square with loads of top-notch restaurants. In the financial and legal hartland of Sandton. HApy to return there for business visits.

All the services that I have requested I received good delivery Even do I have different cultures in terms of food but they did the best to find something to provide when I needed.

During my stay, I had no complaints against Mrs. BUSI because she sincerely does a good job and I was completely satisfied with her.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel for one week and had an excellent experience. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet as well as the relaxing atmosphere around the pool. The hotel’s central location made it convenient for both business and leisure. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would gladly return.

Terrible experience…. Can’t get room service, no towels in my bathroom as I’ve had to call for them and finally cleanness is poor… found litter from the previous day which means that they don’t thoroughly clean. This is not my first time staying here and it’s always been a bad experience. I will ensure to never come back.

Great hotel for business. Staff well informed and organised. All interactions were professional especially Eldinnet. I made an error with my booking. Eldinnet really went out of her way to assist. She was polite and calm. She really worked hard to find a workable solution. Thank you Eldinnet!
