Staff very helpful. Restaurant food disppointing.

My recent stay at the Radisson Blu was absolutely fantastic. The overall ambiance of the hotel was both elegant and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly attentive from the moment I arrived. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the hotel bar. The atmosphere was lively, and the selection of drinks was superb. I have to give a special shout-out to Moeketsi, who is a true artist behind the bar. His Whiskey Sours were, without a doubt, the best I have ever had—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of tang. As if the excellent service wasn't enough, we also had the pleasure of meeting none other than the famous rugby player, Siya Kolisi, who was incredibly gracious and friendly. It was the perfect end to a perfect night. I can't wait to visit again!

I had to request extra towels every day during my stay. Since my tours were all day, I relied on room service for meals; however, on my last day there was a mix-up with my dinner order.

All the plug is not upgraded luckily I have a multi function plug so I can charge my phone and the bathroom shower doesn’t have water pressure
