Nice place to stay for Holidays Beautiful room with a great view Clean and comfortable Only the bed was for us to hard Tasty breakfast buffet with everything what you wish to eat The Dinner buffet changes every day and was perfectly fine The staff is very friendly and helpful

We had booked our return trip to AR Diamanté as we had a great holiday there 8 years ago, unfortunately there was refurbishment going on in pool area and it was impossible to get a parasol and most beds were broken. We were told it would be finished by 20th June and this was being changed daily, l believe it would still be at least another four weeks. Although a bargain price it ruined my holiday as l like to be by pool and my husband could not stand the noise and how conjested it was!! Staff are very nice but management definitely failed the guests.

Am here now we arrived on Thursday the 19th for 10 days the hotel is beautiful the rooms are big and the bed is super comfortable and big food is good but breakfast is much better than dinner .we knew there was work going on regarding the pool but you can't get a bed we went down at 11am this morning no beds left as there isn't as many as there would be normally...you can't get a drink at the pool area as no waiters and you have to go out the gate on to the road side path way up to the hotel go to the bar and then walk back the way you came down the road outside the hotel ..only 6 umbrellas around the pool and as the hotel is very busy this is not good I love the hotel and I would come back here after the works have finished but this has spoiled our holiday as not being able to relax at the pool is something we look forward to

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were well presented. It was the typical self service menu which was okay but could have been warmer.

Flott hotel, góð staðsetning, rúmgóð herbergi, engin kaffivél eða ketill á herberginu, verið að endurnýja garðinn om mikið ónæði af því, fengum upgrade vegna þess sem var gott.

I would have given it more but the ongoing works spoiled my rest. The work starts at 7:30am. I have a mobility scooter that couldn’t access the pool area because the entrance was out of the hotel and down the road and in through a sliding gate which had the floor drilled up. Others have mentioned no kettle or proper cups. Only paper ones. The water in the fridge was not replenished ( 2 small bottles) The staff were amicable enough but not consistent. Queues for meals were long even if you had tried to book which we were told you couldn’t !! Felt disappointed as we had recommended this hotel to all the guests for son’s wedding. We spend most of the time going out. No entertainment, no poolside service so a drink requires a trip along the road and into the lobby and wait for a bar person to serve you and then you had to carry it out. Not easy for older guests let alone disabled ones. Rooms where clean and beds where comfy.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Good position near the playa de la fossa beach. Buffet style restaurant. Good choice of food.

Habitación demasiado pequeña comparada con otros hoteles de 4 estrellas, insuficiente insonorización, no hay ni bañera ni widé. lo que más me gustó es la variedad y calidad de comida y fruta fresca.

Really enjoyed my week here Staff brilliant only downside was lack of entertainment at night but it didn't spoil my holiday

Vriendelijk onthaal maar wegens werkzaamheden in het hotel soms veel lawaai en de netheid kon ook beter in de liften, gangen en badkamer
