The staff were exceptional, great service, breakfast could be better a changeable rotating menu.

The room could be brighter in decor, and in my room under the bed side tables dusty and dirty.

Staff was super nice size rooms

Bed skirts were dirty found dirty pair of underwear between the wall and the mattress management was rude filed a false police report saying I cuss someone out in the lobby which is not true charged me for a service dog and they don't charge for service dog

I liked leaving the hotel

My AC in my room didnt work it got so hot also the faucet was leaking in bathtub and the staff didnt even fill up the conditioner bottle for shower also the TV kept not loading and the wifi sucked pool was absolutely freezing my kids wouldn't even get in which was a complete bummer.
