Very nice stay and breakfast, and fitness centre.

Great decoration, great breakfast, good room easy parking and location and good price but why do they vacuum (corridor or another room) at 10pm

Near the highway and close to a shopping center. But good value for money.

The hotel is easy to access, there is an outdoor and indoor pool with a sauna and steam room. The general parts of the hotel are fine. The rooms are clean but need renovation (old style decoration). I heard that renovations are ongoing in the executive rooms so they will probably get to the standard rooms afterwards. The outdoor pool is "heated" but it actually isn't heated. I asked several times and the staff said that they can't do anything about it since it's the weekend and the responsible person is not there (which I found strange given that weekends are very busy times, especially for the pool!). The biggest disappointment in this hotel is the staff. Very unprofessional and inexperienced. We sat at the restaurant terrasse for 15 minutes before someone brought us the menu but did not bother to clean the table. Then we spent at least another 20 minutes calling for them. At one point one of the waitresses said "I am coming" and did not show up for the next 15 minutes. At one point, I had personally go into the restaurant and make remarks to the waiter to get him to come and finally clean the table and take our order. Overall, the staff are polite but very unprofessional (the issue with the outdoor pool and the unpleasant experience in the restaurant).

The front desk, bar, restaurant and spa were amazing, impressive, and beautiful. We booked the ecomomy rooms and they were definitely in the portion of the hotel not renovated yet. Fridge was barely cold, coffee maker required you to hold button down to heat water. No fans. No AC. Slept with windows open and we ended up getting eaten alive by bugs! It was so hot and stuffy! Beds had horribly small pillows. Shower was excellent. Huge parking lot. Shopping center across the street. Easy train rids into Brussels.

Really good hotel, well priced, modern with a quality feel. Room was well equipped, clean and nicely presented. Chocolates in room on arrival and a small soft drinks collection in the minibar is included in room price which was a nice touch. The bar area was very nice, as well as the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was very well presented and offered many options including freshly made omelettes etc. in the price. Breakfast is worth the charge 17.50euro pp. Would recommend for both business and personal stays. Would have been nice to try the spa facilities if had more time.

Good Hotel with comfortable rooms. Good bed quality, bathroom with bath/shower combination. Nice Breakfast buffet with fresh products. Large parking in front of the hotel. Nice Bar area, Restaurant with rather limited menu.

WiFi never worked, hotel was still under construction and I had no hot water in the shower despite telling the staff on two occasions. Staff in the bar/restaurant were slow and ineffective. Stay away!

Just a one night stopover and was perfect for what we wanted. A nice quiet room. Large cycling event on which took up most of the car park which was quite inconvenient when bringing our luggage in.
