"A hidden gem."

Truly memorable experience. Comfortable, spacious rooms and expansive guest areas. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the evening carvery equally so. We really had the most fantastic time and would highly recommend to anyone wanting an African lodge experience at a fairly reasonable price. The unadopted 19km approach road was well worth negotiating.

We found this place by luck as we researched our road trip to South Africa. It was wonderful in so many ways. We had a little cottage that was beautifully appointed. The morning game drive was well led and the breakfast that was provided by the Inn was superb. We had massages at the spa that were top notch. The food was exceptional. Highly recommend Zuurberg Mountain Village!

The meals were excellent, the place is idyllic with some amazing views over the Addo Elephant Park, and we really enjoyed hiking the Porcupine Trail on the property and seeing some Sable antelope close up. Overall, the staff, service and facilities were excellent.

We had a tree branch scraping on the room roof during winds which was pretty noisy - pruning the branches would resolve this.

Excellent! The service received by Leonie and the team was outstanding. The food was amazing.

No possibility to get a cappuccino with non dairy milk like almond milk.
