"Enjoyable and lovely location, worth the long drive up the non metalled road"

Lovely remote location near Zuurberv section of Addo NP. Interesting historical building with lots of character and quirks. Great roomy chalets and very quiet. Came out to find the car had been washed.

Personally not so keen on the buffet style dinner. Same reggae music songs on loop for dinner and breakfast got a bit irritating.

Very comfortable and beautifully furnished room. Wide spread of choice for dinner - tastefully prepared.

The shower needs attention as the water runs out the outside door in stead of through the outlet

"No hot water AGAIN!!"

Arrived late Saturday afternoon. Stayed in room 31. No hot water the evening and also no hot water the following morning. Reported it to management, was promised that it will get sorted out and they are aware of the problem but no confirmation what was the issue and why it was not mentioned the previous day. Showered at 5pm an still no hot water Very little entertainment for smaller kits unless they want to swim in the cold pool. The chimney smoke in the lounge and bar was so unbearable, you could not even sit there to enjoy the evening.

Breakfast was delicious and had many options. Dinner was a romantic experience and the meal was delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful.accommodation was spacious and comfortable....lovely views.

Water in bathroom was warm and not hot....
