"Superb"

We had e a great experience and very good food. Great elephant interaction and game drive. Both reception ladies and facilities manager were awesome.They went out of their way to cater to our needs.

Challenging driving conditions to get to the location.

Nice location - food is excellent and staff are very friendly. Close to Addo although you have to negotiate a 16 km gravel road. Service staff are excellent.

Breakfast was okay . Nothing amazing

The fact that we had no choice for dinner - a set buffet at R400 - very overpriced. The hot water was luke warm even when used during correct times.

"We were disappointed as we brought friends who had never been and they were disappointed"

Location and views are great. We had a great waiter/ barman. (Musson) Seemed to be the only friendly staff member in the dining area.

Breakfast was very average. The scrambled egg looked very unappealing. Rather disappointing from previous times we have stayed here. The lady serving was very unfriendly and matter of fact. Dinner we feel was also average and choice not great. The Bar area could do with a larger TV . The rates are not cheap at Zuurberg so we do have higher expectations .
