The property is beautiful and clean. The only place that needs cleaning is a duck pond. The water there is murky and dark green. The rest of the resort is super clean he very well maintained.

I like the service and I like the garden to keep it nice, beautiful And safe.

Overall descent hotel. Nice grounds. Excellent internet access. There is a strange combination of excellent service and very rude employees. The food was subpar in all but the French restaurant. Breakfast was tasteless. The steakhouse was a sad affair. Overcooked and tasteless, low quality meats. The Mexican restaurant was barely passable. Cigar selection was at best mediocre and incredibly overpriced. They gave me a song and dance when we had to depart a day early. In-house reservations and Hotels.com were passing the buck until the very last possible second, and I received no refund.

If you’re looking for a calm but entertaining scene, this is the place for you. My husband and I wanted a relaxing vacation away from the parties at Punta Cana. The demographic of guests are ages 30’s and above of mostly couples and families with young children. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a cold beverage and plenty of smiles. The staff is amazing. They are truly passionate about their work and it shows in the hospitality. The rooms and hotel are immaculate. It is a large property, beautifully decorated, with plenty of seating around beautiful, well-groomed gardens and romantic lighting. Flamingos and peacocks greet you in the center garden. The food is wonderful- coming from two Italians, this says a lot! Our suggestion- skip the restaurants and enjoy the buffet for dinner as it has a little from each restaurant. If you want to reserve ahead of time, you can email the property. The check in could have been slightly better. We were assigned two double beds instead of a king. The gentleman said he didn’t look at the room type and apologized. People wake up at 6am to put beach towels down at sunbeds on the beach and then leave to return later. There are signs that say not to, but the hotel should have more of a system in place to avoid this. It was really inconvenient for honest guests to enjoy an umbrella arriving at 8:30am and nearly everything was “taken”. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation and very highly recommended! You will not regret staying here!

Animation services is good but too persistent. At times too much when it comes to females.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the renovated rooms and they were modern and comfortable. We traveled with our baby and the room didn’t have a microwave to sterilize the bottles so plan accordingly! (Luckily we found out prior to traveling). The housekeeping ladies did a wonderful job! In terms of the waitress/waiters they also we’re very kind! Special thanks to Estefany and María José, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The food at the reservation restaurants was really good unfortunately they only let you have one reservation per restaurant; for example, we stay a week and we’re only allowed 4 reservations (one per restaurant). The food at the buffet is ok…the main complaint is that food was cold but I can’t leave out the fact that there were mosquitoes all over the fruit and bread, etc perhaps the hotel should think of a way of covering them. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and the pools were cool too. Overall, we had a good experience!

We had a wonderful time… if you like the beach…. it’s one of the largest!

Property was great to stay, was great. I will go back again.

I just loved everything was so good, breakfast was my favorite. Room services were the best I really appreciate also I recommend this place.
