Estuvo bien pero la atención ha empeorado mucho. Gente muy amable y un extremo no menor que atiende con mala actitud. Cuidado con las trampas emocionales para asistir a charlas de 90 minutos ya que presionan y embaucan para que asistas.

I liked everything

Beautiful property, garden in the middle was amazing with the peacocks and flamingos! The only thing that I would change is the way that the sunbeds are reserved on the beach. There are no reserved sunbeds, and by the time we woke up at 8 am, there were no sunbeds available. So the rest of the days we had to wake up at 6.30 in order to be able to spend time on the beach under the umbrellas. They really should change this system and maybe reserve beds according to rooms, so that people on vacation can relax on their vacation rather than have to wake up at 6.30. Everything else was amazing!

Perfect for a family vacation

Clean, well maintained

Friendly staff. Great food at the buffet and most specialty restaurants. Plenty of pool and beach side chairs with umbrellas and covers for all - no need to rush to reserve one. It was a very relaxing place to spend a few days winding down.

The grounds were beautiful with animals, great beach, water sports

The property is amazing as always and I really like the dive shop or a scuba shop right on the premises which is a plus for us we are both scuba divers.
