Staff where nice

I hotel is old and not taken care off. I changed 3 rooms in my stay because the first one had a mold smell, the second one had a broken ac and was blowing cold air constantly.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. They alone are the reason this hotel is still in business and why I am rating it higher than 1 star. First the hotels rooms are dated and the room we stayed in had an almost sticky feeling carpet. I couldn’t walk barefoot at all on it without feeling the immediate need for a shower. We went and explored the pool which was adequate except the hot tub is hot and that’s about it. Jets don’t work and it’s chipping all around and inside of it. Be prepared for plaster to be on your feet. That evening we went to the restaurant. We went down around 5pm and after waiting for some time I asked the front desk if they were open and he told me they were but she went back to take an online order. After a few more minutes he called them and every employee it seemed was walking out. Other than that minor inconvenience it was an adequate Hilton dining experience. The executive lounge was actually really nice and served beer, wine, soda and your typical small snacks. The real reason I felt the need to post a review was the shuttle service. When we checked in I asked if we could have it at 5:30am. The front desk advised me that they don’t start running until 6am but she would call the driver and see if he would make an exception. They let me know that there was an airline crew that needed to leave at 5am so I could take that if I wanted to which I agreed to taking. The next morning I saw that my flight was delayed until almost noon so I decided to just go back to sleep instead of waking my kids to call down to the desk. I figured since there was an airline crew taking it anyways they would just leave without us. Later in the morning we took the 8am shuttle and when we walked out the shuttle driver started yelling at me that I was the reason he came in two hours early for nothing. I explained that I was told an airline crew was also leaving at that time and he told me they cancelled. I didn’t know this so I apologized about it but he was still very hostile about it and told me that his shift starts at 7am and he had to be here two hours early for us. I explained that I was told it was a courtesy for the airline crew and we were just tagging along. All this was happening in front of my 4 year old son. Then when we got into the shuttle he continued to complain about it and I apologized repeatedly. I felt bad about not calling and when we got dropped off I apologized again for the inconvenience and he ignored me and slammed the door shut and just walked off. The yelling, berating, and rudeness was all uncalled for especially in front of my child. I will not be staying at this hotel again just for that reason. Do yourself a favor and stay at the other doubletree next to the airport. They have a nicer looking shuttle too.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and had a very positive experience. The management team was highly professional and well-organized, which made the entire stay smooth and efficient. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled in a welcoming and friendly manner. The atmosphere was comfortable and ideal for a business stay, allowing me to focus on work while also feeling relaxed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business. The professional management and genuinely welcoming staff make it a great choice, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Nothing

No parking. The hotel should have done a better job of snow removal. Customer service was suspect…no concern for the customers. No eye contact and greeting. Breakfast should have been included with the stay. Food was limited and too expensive. Will never stay at this hotel.

The bed was very very very comfortable, slept like a log. Comfortable ac temperature. House keeping was great. Front desk attendant when I arrived was gracious. Restaurant attendant very helpful with info of store near by.oh yeah shower pressure great!

NO microwave in the room, how can I worm up my food? That’s a deal breaker. Got to have a microwave in the room. No vent in the bathroom? Wow. No soap in the dispenser. I brought my own just in case. With those exceptions the room was good.
