DoubleTree by Hilton Dulles Airport-Sterling

Das Personal ist absolut nett und sorgt direkt dafür, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Die Zimmer sind gut und sauber, das Bad ebenso. Schön ist auch die Terrasse unten an der Bar, da kann man gemütlich sitzen.

Hotel unsafe, Management sidestepping maintenance issues. Showers not equipped with safety devices. Operations Manager Osman Amirshari continues to insult my intelligence. Should have gotten an attorney and sued - maybe then hotel “management” would take the accident I had on their property seriously. Hotel is a black eye on the Double Tree and Hilton brands. I would recommend other options in the Dulles area before considering this location.

I enjoyed staying at doubletree, fresh cookies was amazing, Shireen at the front desk has a great customer service, all other agents were super nice as well in the desk. i’ll give 10/10 to breakfast as well, great buffet. if you haven’t tried Jambalaya Pasta of their restaurant, you should!!!! ivette is awesome in the bar. very clean hotel, fresh smell in lobby. thank you so much

I will go back there, you see every front desk agent with smile!!!! Buse, Osman, Ahmed very educated, the service was unique, the food was amazing, Ana Flores was amazing at my first night of stay, Ivette the other bartender was also great, she made sure everyone is enjoying the scene!! You can travel to a cheaper hotel like spark or Hampton but when you chose One like DoubleTree, it worth your money… Give all your employees a raise! Very unique team, I stayed for 14 nights mid September and eveything was great. Clean hotel, great breakfast, hot and bunch of options… once in a while I was seeing huge amount of China Travel crew, the way the manager handled everyone with greeting and happiness was great, I really felt I am in a hotel! I mean it, I felt it. Thank you everyone at doubletree.

Breakfast was typical, but nice choices. And food was hot. Coffee was good

Location

It seemed a bit aged, I had to change rooms because the toilet didn’t flush at all, then the ice machine on my floor was broken, just needs some attention over all.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Hotel fabric was a little tired

Very comfortable bed and Clean hotel, best Service I could have ever received, hot cookies was ready and delicious, also they have bar and resturant that is amazing, food quality is awesome and breakfast is great. Front desk was always helpful

Let's just say 'don't take your shoes off' - carpet in room is gross. Really needs a refresh. Would likely not stay there again

I absolutely loved my stay with this hotel. Clean- staff so friendly- loved the bar in evening to unwind and loved having shuttle to airport . Will definitely be back …
