Ahmed is awesome, he is so helpful, you could barely see such successful night shifts, great customer service and delicious Breakfast. Dinner bar looks dead, need some refresh.

Tv was broken, I let the staff know twice and no one ever came and looked at it. Coffee pot must of leaked because water went every where. I let staff know before I left about the tv issue and it was just I’m sorry I will tell my manager.

I was put in a room that smelled like pee. I called and kept call with the Staff doing anything about it. After five calls and 8 plus hours I was moved to a new room. That was after I made it clear that I will not be sleeping in the room. The new room had strong chemical smell that flared up my sinuses by the morning.

We stayed two nights while visiting DC. Short and sweet - rooms were run down and old. We had to change rooms after one night because there was a strong smell, we’re not sure what is was from and staff wasn’t either (musty and strong scent). It hit you right when the door was opened. It didn’t go away and gave me a horrible headache. They gave us a new room for the second night which we appreciated. Staff was great though so that is why I gave it the two stars. We’re diamond members so use the Hilton brand a lot, it was a bummer as this hotel was not the usual experience we have. Also the exec lounge is only open M-W.

If you are considering a shuttle service to Dulles Airport, I strongly advise you to seek alternatives. The service claims to operate every 30 minutes; however, after waiting for an hour and making three follow-up calls, it became evident that other passengers were given priority. Had my husband not insisted on following up, we would have been left stranded. This experience has been exceedingly frustrating.

Great location close to the airport

We were only there for one night, but half of it was wasted by the most horrible shuttle driver. After calling for the shuttle I waited for nearly an hour, and then when they finally pick me up they ran off to the bathroom, tried to make excuses that were lies, and took their sweet time dropping me off. The good news is that when I got to the hotel the desk staff were on top of handling this and comped our breakfast. Sadly this still was not sufficient compensation.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location—close to everything you need, whether it's restaurants, shops, or local attractions. What really stood out was the staff; everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure our stay was comfortable. From check-in to check-out, the level of service was consistently professional and friendly. It truly made a difference in our overall experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
