Iberostar Waves Tucán - All Inclusive

Nice and clean property. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location of resort and beach is perfect but sadly the rooms, restaurants need an upgrade - very old and dirty looking. We were extremely disappointed with dining options. Not enough, many closed so limited options unless you do buffet which in all honesty is one of the worst we have been too. We have been to many resorts over 15yrs in playa and this resort was dissapointing.

The property it's beautiful and well-kept

The staff was great. The property is clean and well taken care of.

The beach is great. They keep the beach clean if there’s sargazo. The food is very good. The facilities and rooms are clean. The entertainment is fun. The wild life around the green areas of the hotel is magical. We enjoyed our family vacation in this place. It has something to offer for people of all ages.

This property is beautiful. There are plenty a of wildlife roaming around the jungle of the property. Pools and beach are nice and clean. Unfortunately they do not offer poolside waiters and the buffet is hit and miss. It was difficult to make reservations at the dine in restaurants, we were only able to successfully book one dine in experience.

This property was very clean and well kept. I went as a solo female traveler and I felt safe at all times. I feel like Iberostar properties are very eco friendly. I loved the wildlife all around the property.

Beautiful property, loved it

Overall, it was a great stay. Many amenities, beautiful place and staff is amazing. In our bedroom, mini bar was not working properly and no working ice machine - but those were things we managed. Definitely would recommend and go back

Very tropical, lush vegetation well taken care of. The only negative thing I found was breakfast buffet the wait staff was slow to serve you felt even looked over to get coffee even if they walked close by. Ore cleaning off tables
