Iberostar Waves Tucán - All Inclusive

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Iberostar Tucan, but there are a few things to be aware of. The rooms are quite outdated — some of the light fixtures didn’t work, and there were very few power outlets, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great: the territory is well-maintained, and the overall experience was positive.

Everything was great, the facilities and pools. The bad thing was the people who separate the lounge chairs from the pool area.

This is a beautiful resort. Absolutely gorgeous. And the food is great! However, the service factor that is usually included in all inclusive resorts does not exist at this resort. There are zero pool and beach waiters. You have to flag the staff down at restaurants for service. We were also stood up by the bellboy that we made an appointment with on our departure day. There are no elevators so it was a little annoying. Not the most relaxing experience. The pool is warm.. uncomfortably so by lunch. The swim up bar is great, but adult only. The housekeeping crew was great and quick. All in all, we are glad to have visited this resort, but probably won’t revisit.

I like the outside trees,the rooms are and shower are not even 1 star hotel,not 5 star hotel,we find bugs inside our room and toilet paper had spides inside. Its very oudated. The rooms are very small the restaurant availability to eat is so limited they close 3 days of the week some of them.

Location was good with access to the beach and employees with a good customer service approach. Room was outdated, it has a door between rooms and main door with locks in very bad conditions.
