Iberostar Waves Tucán - All Inclusive

I really liked the layout of the resort. Walking on the boardwalks through the jungle to the pool was a beautiful journey to take every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Amazing hotel, excellent food and service.

We spent 6 days and 5 nights at the Iberostar Tucan and it was great. Food and drinks were fantastic. The atmosphere of the beach and the employees were great and always energetic. We visited different restaurant every day for lunch and dinner. The Mediterranean had a very long line for food so we went to one of the dinner buffets.

The happiness start when we upgrade our room to oceanfront, wonderful view in the morning with amazing sunrise. Friendly front desk . You can feel short staff everywhere in restaurant, bars, walking areas . Deficient of variety food, Restaurants starts at 8 AM. Jungle garden with animals wonderful for kids. This resort only for families, not for Single people.

This was an absolutely amazing resort. We visited during spring break. It was well balanced with nature with a portion in a jungle setting, a beautiful large beach, and a huge pool. Beach chairs all had umbrellas unlike some resorts. The Wild Beach was a moderate walk down the shore. Great buffets as well as several specialty restaurants. We were happy with every one. Many different bar areas, a pool bar, and bars at the beach. A lot of different activities happening each day. Our son was able to have interaction with the wild monkeys that live here which was his favorite memory. You will not be disappointed booking your vacation here. Perfect for a family trip. It will please everyone.

Nice , family oriented resort , lots of kids , food was good , little old rooms but location and jungles and animals it was very cool but peacocks gets a little noisy ( mate season) , stuff is amazing , Thanks Daniel Good experience

I was at the Tucan, room 1727: this room faces a nearby property, their air condition unit or pool filter engine is directly across, behind the property wall, so there is a constant loud noise coming from there. As a consequence, it was unpleasant being on the balcony or even keeping the sliding door open for fresh air. I did point out this issue to the concierge, but the answer was a cold and careless :it does not depend on us".

Location is beautiful, beach and pool are excellent - food was great lots of variety. Whole resort is clean, well kept and beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and very clean! This place is gorgeous - excellent and reasonbly priced. We recommend and would definitely go back!

Gorgeous property lots to see. Beautiful pathways, pool is deep and clean, lots to see lots to do. Food was better than other hotel chains. No one out of four of us got sick. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was getting woken up daily around 8:00am/9:00am by house keeping. We didn’t have a do not disturb tag for our door. We asked for one from house keeping and front desk but one never arrived in our room.
