Hampton Inn by Hilton Fort Saskatchewan

The food was ok. The room was dirty not vacuumed well. The pool was not working, the only working ice machine was the main floor, only one working elevator. General cleanliness was not nice. Garbage and such

Terrible quality for the price they charged. I’d like a refund. Missing light bulbs, sticky floor, bathroom tap broken, loose toilet seat, tv remote didn’t work, ice machines out of order, elevator out of order, light bulbs in elevator didn’t work, pool out of order. Terrible experience.

Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast selections limited. Linens were mostly clean ( 2 very off colored pillow cases). Bathroom grout is discutingly dirty. Greasy dirty finger prints al over inside and outside of bathroom door and inside entry door. Shower and sink hot water barely got warm. Only 1 ice machine working in entire hotel. Pool out of service and no apologies or compensation. Have stayed here before on several occasions and was great. Very disappointed in the condition on this visit.

Its a decent hotel with good front office staff. However, the wifi is not very good and needs a definite upgrade.

Deceptive practices. Their pool is closed, which in itself is fine, but they bury the information in the listing as to not make it obvious. Went as part of large group for a funeral, and NO accommodations made. The room itself was fine, but overall negative experience made by the dismissive staff.

The location was easy to find.

The pool was out of order.

The hotel was ok. Staff was great! Pool was shut down and emptied, elevator flickered like a horror film, and the parking lot was not plowed after recent snow storm. Great breakfast and very clean rooms though!

they were very accommodating - i had to check in early and the room wasn’t ready so they kept my luggage and put in my room when it was ready as i had to head out to a meeting
