Housekeeping was definitely lacking

Toilet handle broke, lid needed to be taken off and chain pulled manually to flush No Global Edmonton Chanel No accurate TV guide Remote needed batteries Door lock sticks and door would not lock, unknown to the guest unless you double check the actual handle Hot Water ern smells and tastes like coffee Hotel in general HOT. Therefore you have to run AC than smells like mold/musty smell Hallway continuously smelt like marijuana day and night.

Convenient location

We did not receive proper service for cleaning of our room. I had to ask for towels and garbage taken out. No one would come and clean the room when we asked.

Overall pretty decent beds were very comfortable but there was some garbage under the bathroom sink and the tub needed cleaning

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. Behind tv there is dirt, garbage, ear plugs. Bathroom also, floor was dirty. No bed bugs though, so that’s a plus. We noticed plastic covering smoke detector and told front desk. Outside there is garbage all over parking lot and grassy areas. So yeah, not the best, but ok for sleeping. Oh and pool was not open, which we weren’t told about.

Quiet and safe.

Great hotel to stay in, staff is very friendly. Clean rooms. Bathroom can use a bit more attention to cleanliness but however is great.

Everything was good except there was no wipes in the gym or hand sanitizer in the breakfast area

Upon my arrival at midnite, the hotel clerk made an error checking me in which caused about an hour delay in getting to sleep. The bathroom floor wasn't clean and when we turned on the heat, the smell coming from the heater nearly drove us out of the room. The next morning the front desk wasn't very sympathetic. I think we should have been compensated for our troubles. We probably won't stay at a Hampton again.
