problem with our reservation, it took an hour to sort out , while we waited in the lobby, also the whole hotel was freezing, and our room heater had to run steady just to stay warm. the pool was out of order

Good hotel

The only complaint, I have about this hotel is the hours for breakfast. They stop serving breakfast at 09:00am, while most hotels continue to serve breakfast until 11:00 am.

Both elevators smelled like urine to me, so I’m not staying there tonight. I am at a Marriot in Edmonton which is much better. House keeping couldn’t replenish toilet paper/kleenex during the 2 night stay. I left the box on the sink counter for them to notice. They only discarded the box, didn’t put a new one. Old one had 2 sheets in it. The bed was very comfortable though, the room was good. No complaints on the room

The property felt dated and dirty. Ice machine broken. Hair dryer broken. Air conditioner broke .

Bathroom was disgusting tub and shower curtain full mildew had to clean it myself

Check in was easy and the desk clerk was friendly and informed us of the breakfast times etc. we stayed in room 334 which on walking in looked clean and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand needed some deep cleaning. The rust and dirt along the shower, the walls and the shower head was terrible. I did send pictures to the number who asked how our room was and was told they would pass them on to manager. I requested more towels and received them quickly. Again very friendly staff. Bed was not that great and the pillows should be thrown out. Lumpy, too soft and one had a sweaty oder to it. Time for some new pillows! Breakfast was not good. First off it’s over at 9:00 am which is a little early on a weekend, however I was up early on Saturday morning to get breakfast. Food was cold not much variety for fruit or yogurt. No coffee in the buffet had to go to the check in area. There was one English muffin which was so dry you couldn’t eat it. At 8:50 they started removing the food. Sunday I didn’t bother to rush to breakfast and went out.
