Very tidy place for the money

Very friendly and efficient staff. A large, clean, warm room with a very comfy bed. Nice fresh white bedding and towels.

The room was a little dated, but as stated above, clean and very comfortable.

We booked at the last minute, and found this hotel located so conveniently for the funeral we were attending on the outskirts of Brixham. We had a super-large room (room 3), with a very comfortable king-size bed and a spacious bathroom. The bed did have a "foot" which wasn't ideal for my very tall husband, but the bed was big enough for us to manage for one night. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful, and cooked to order. The service was efficient and friendly, and we would certainly stay there again.

Some items on the food menu weren't available, but it's the off-season, so I accept that this happens when the food is local, fresh and cooked to order. The food we did have was delicious.

Had a kettle but no cups in room We had to knock up the poor guy who lives there for breakfast as no one turned up to cook it so one of the staff that lives there was on his hoilday and had to come and make it the only problem was we was waiting since 8,20 and didn’t eat till 9,05 we had to eat half and run as we had appointment in brixham 2 miles down Road Milk was off as-well but poor man was really apologetic and really felt sorry for him on his day off but it was an amazing breakfast considering he wasn’t the chef well done

It was very friendly and in the right area for what we needed. Ideal with parking and WiFi. The staff member was very friendly and polite.

It was a little old and tired...could do with an upgrade.

Everything was perfect....The room was amazing and excellent value....the food was very good ....the location is very good and v the breakfast was very good.

My only regret was not booking longer as it was brilliant.

Welcoming atmosphere - I travelled for business and was prepared to spend the evening in my room watching TV, but the host asked if I'd like to join the pub quiz and I had a great time!

Room a bit chilly, possibly because of the high ceilings.
