Friendly and helpful staff

The location is great if you don’t want to use the car, as bus stop just across the road and has a regular service.

It’s not a dislike but I think the property needs sprucing up a bit.

Food was good and staff helpful and friendly. Room was comfy and quiet. Just a 10 minute bus ride into Brixham and close to other locations.

Hôtel avec parking gratuit, lit confortable et chambre spacieuse. Le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli était très gentil et professionnel.

Le WC n'était pas nettoyé à notre arrivée.

When we was shown to our room instantly we could smell a stronger smell of stale sweat and had to open the window, heating didn't come and it was very cold weather that day, there was a chair in the corner that had stains on it. Next morning we could hear loud music and singing coming from the kitchen (Sunday morning) when we were still in bed this woke us up early than we wanted, wouldn't recommend staying here again.

The food was an hour late due to one of the chefs suddenley leaving to go work somewhere else, it was a Valentine's dinner. When we finally got our meal it was slammed on the table and was cold. I asked for a refund and received it, but the service was poor we noticed some of the staff kept going outside for a break. There were others still waiting for their meal as well, so not very organized we would not recommend this to our family or friends.
