"Disappointed with being charged for early check in after messaging beforehand"

Location was good, easy bus route into Brixham

I got charged £10 for early check in and wasn’t given key until I paid it. I messaged beforehand as had a long drive and got told no problem to check in early. At no point was I told I’d be charged. Breakfast service very slow and didn’t eat sausages.
