Breakfast service didnt know what to do, lack of towels and pillows. Bathrooms are dated. Toilet seat was loose. Some of the plug sockets didn't work.

Staff were lovely and made us feel exceptionally welcome. Food and acommodation were perfect.

We are a bit disabled and the stairs were a challenge but the staff tried to help by barrying our bags.
