Location, cleanliness, pleasant and helpful staff with very good pub food.

Difficult entry into the pub from one direction. Would have been better if I knew in advance that you can only enter from one direction.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite an food was better than expected

The building and some fixtures and fittings are a little tired

The room was excellent ,clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and food was lovely

Great location on a good bus route

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in with no option to change rooms. The manager was very helpful and found a quilt to use as a mattress topper which stopped me leaving early

The staff were very pleasant they went beyond our expectations. Breakfast was exceptional 👌 thoroughly enjoyed our stay, definitely coming back.
