The Railway Inn

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Excellent food and lovely garden area. Good location for what we needed which included car parking. Glad there was a ceiling fan.

Rooms could do with a little updating although I do appreciate it’s a listed building.

Emily and her colleagues were welcoming and looked after us very well. Food was great .....dinner and breakfast. The odd steam whistle was good to hear. F

Staff were friendly and helpful, thanks to Emily the GM who was always happy to help. Bar and restaurant areas were well kept. Breakfast and evening meal was very good.

Unfortunately the hotel area is in need of TLC, bathrooms especially need a revamp.

Food was great, clean room friendly staff

Location was a little further out than we thought.

The gluten free breakfast my partner had. He said it was better than the food we had at the wedding reception we attended in a large hotel down the road.

The duvet could have been bigger. But other than that, it was all good

Great pub, food excellent. Rooms spacious beds comfortable
