Great location in downtown la fortuna. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Will definitely be staying here next time I am in town.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Near all of the activities and very walkable location. The staff is super kind and the rooms are very clean! The food there is also good and there are many other options within walking distance.

We have to carry large suite cases to third floor. No elevators. The lamp is broken and the chair is wiggle as well as cloth hanging case. The water pressure for shower is so weak that the first night we did not take shower because there is stoppages of water use. However the location is very convenient, easy to reach all the restaurants. The hotels provide the complimentary breakfast and parking.

It was overall a pleasant stay. Location is great!! The front desk lady was nice and helpful. I guess my only complaint is that WiFi and shower water temperature are not inconsistent. Also, the balcony view was not consistent with the room I booked and it did not have screen, it was very easy for the bugs to come in
