Awesome taste of Japanese hospitality and culture

Amazing hotel, warm staff, a great way to enrich yourself with Japanese customs. Had the breakfast each morning. It was fresh, presented beautifully & a fun treat. Kyoto is so lovely, this hotel was perfect walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Highly recommend.

房間大， 整潔， 早晚餐豐富， 職員十分有禮， 住了兩個晩上， 非常享受。 唯一溫泉比較少， 幸好每次也不超過4 人； 另外比較適合自駕人士，但旅館沒有停車場， 要泊在隔離的停車場， JPY1900 24 小時， 划算。

Excellent Ryokan close to the bustling Nishiki Market, in fact the location is excellent with train stations and attractions within easy walking distance. The room we had was traditional, spacious, quiet and calm. We rested well here but the best thing about this inn is the staff, absolutely lovely people who couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and at home.

Very traditional ryokan. Futons and low tables. If you are there for a couple of nights its fine. Not much storage space if you need to unpack. Staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. Proper old style japan experience

A wonderful place in every respect. Gave us an unforgettable ryokan experience. Everything was meticulously done to maximize authenticity and an overall comfortable stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious but the standout factor was the service. Superb
