Lovely welcome, decor a little tired but very clean with comfy bed and freshly cooked breakfast, will definitely return.
Great stay for our anniversary in first floor room,staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb with ample portions. Hotel in a very good area to explore with plenty of pub's and restaurants about would recommend to all for a stay in Glasgow,added bonus was off Street parking at a reasonable rate.

Beautiful building, excellent location, lovely staff and tasty breakfast. Very clean too. The bedroom was less palatial than the common parts of the hotel but very adequate. The mattress was broken, but quickly replaced on request.
Spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The over bath shower was not the best but the bath allowed for a long soak. For a short stay for the able bodied (lots of stairs)the Clifton is fine.
