Hotel Tugu Lombok

This would have to be without a doubt the most unique and beautiful hotels we have ever visited. The staff were outstanding and the beach location was remote but well worth the two hour drive from the airport. We began the day swimming with turtles and ended it with dinner on the beach. The only negative was the slow kitchen service but that didn't stop us from having a memorable Lombok experience. The perfect getaway !

Fantastic Hotel with 37 rooms spread throughout extensive, well kept gardens. Hotel is full of character buildings, curios and statues, harking back to an ancient Indonesia. Food was great. Staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone knew our names and our preferences - a truly lovely personal service. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the grounds and the beach. Loved the close proximity to nature - butterflies, birds and at night, bats. The inside/outside bathroom was an unusual feature.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff, has two great pools and stunning gardens and beach. Great trips to the Gili Islands can be arranged and the restaurant is outstanding

An absolutely amazing and beautiful resort. One has to see it to really appreciate the scope and grandeur of the property. Staff were incredibly friendly and so attentive. The food was superb and the restaurant's hours so flexible and open. On the vast grounds of the hotel, there are museum quality statues, antiques and artwork everywhere. Each day I saw something new and intriguing. Management and customer relations personnel were always present and went out of their way to be helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel-probably the best overall resort stay our family has ever experienced.

This was a wonderful little piece of paradise. Property was quaint with a great private beach. Hotel staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Food was good and reasonably priced and the ambience perfect. Our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel late. Manager on duty called the kitchen staff back and made dinner for us!

Very cool, eclectic decorations, absolutely perfect service from the very smiley caring staff, great location, perfect for trips to the gilis but able to come back to a clean peaceful setting. Excellent snorkelling right off the beach, tasty food... Cannot fault it.

Tugu Lombok is a very special hotel. Thr best I actually experienced: - setting is amazing. Art work every where. Beautiful. After 5 days, we were still discovering objects we had not seen the day before - staff is great. Friendly, smiley, efficient. With an attention to detail I have never seen elsewhere. Our flight was cancelled, they did everything they could to make sure we came back home safely. - great location Overall, yes I will definitely recommend to friends. And I hope I will come back. Thank you for making our trip amazing!

Quite close to Gilis but in a total other ambiance. As if you were leaving 2 centuries ago but with all modern comfort. staff friendly and always there to help without being invasive. What to expect more?

The hotel and facilities were tremendous and it is hard to be believe that they could be bettered for a short break to get away from it all. The room, grounds, beach, spa, facilities and staff were all outstanding.
