Hotel Tugu Lombok

Great resort hotel in peaceful and serene surroundings. Remote and ideal for a true getaway. Hotel has great beach itself with easy access by boat to the Gili Islands. Staff are very attentive and the service is very personalised. Great massages offered by the spa. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. Only improvement I would make is on the hotel wifi which was sometimes intermittent.

We had an excellent time at Tugu's. The hotel was wonderful at all levels (rooms, food quality and variety, staff, beach and pool). We spent one full week with the family and enjoyed the entire time. The hotel is absolutely stunning and staff are super dedicated and friendly all the time. The rooms are amazing, all different and huge. It takes only 20-30 min to get to get to the Gillis by boat, which departs directly from the hotel beach and can be arranged at any time with the very accommodating staff. The beach is great for kids and Snorkelling is very good. There are some shells but the hotel provided excellent booties for the water. You may want to bring some for young kids. The pool is wonderful and they actually have two. Overall it was a fantastic experience, this is really a very unique hotel and the location is excellent.

Stayed for 4 nights and are looking forward to future weekend visits with a larger group of people. Absolute peace and tranquility. This beach front property is very clean and well kept. Great for couples! ... We had our son, and he really enjoyed the canoes (provided, as well as water shoes) -renting the boat for a quick ride to the Gili Islands for snorkeling was amazing!

We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. I've stayed in quite a few hotels and have to say that this is probbaly the most impressive hotel I ever stayed at. The usual experience with other hotels is that the images online always make it look better than what it really is, whereas this one was actually quite the opposite, seeing it in reality I couldn't believe that it was even better than what we had expected. It has so much character and a mind blowing design that it is truly unique in comparison to a lot of other hotels. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. I unfortunately can't say much to activities and the surrounding villages as we didn't feel like leaving the hotel, that's how much fun we had!

Gorgeous Hotel Decor exquisite , sensational new evening dining area unfortunately it was open only one nite food !! We had one lovely meal in new dining area other meals just ok!! Tea bags in teapot really is a no no

Great hotel and great service

We arrived late because our flight from Bali got canceled. After 4 hours at the ferry and 4 hours in taxis, it was perfect to arrive at Tugu. They had made us a club sandwich each. The excellent service continued throughout our three night stay at this charming place. We had earlier in our vacation been at Gili T, and if you want a plae to relax, will Tugu be the place. Nothing at the Gilis can be compared.

The first things that grab my attention is the hospitable nature of the people in Hotel Tugu. The minute you step out of your car everyone greets you like an old friends you never met for a long time and make you feel like home. Second is the character of the hotel very detail in every aspect. It crates curiosity and imagination of the past. Third is the comfortable room and warm nice clean beds always good sleep. Forth is the surrounding environment is naturally beautiful and clean. Fifth is the food they are delicious and dinner at the very private and peaceful beach. Lastly a really memorable stay in one of the best hotel in Lombok. Thank you my friends in Hotel Tugu - "CCA".

The beach was the most beautiful ive seen on my trip to lombok and gili. The service was top notch and the guest relation managers have a can-do attitude towards requests. Evi from reservations replied to my email promptly which is great. Recommended hotel for honey mooners and those looking for a beautiful beach destination.

This was a holiday experience which was just about perfect in every detail. A minor glitch at the outset - a family suite of two not particularly private bedrooms being allocated to two 'married' couples' - was immediately resolved and with both couples being upgraded for the last few days we all left at the end of our week's holiday very satisfied. The hotel staff were cheerful, attentive and efficient, the kitchen produced good food at reasonable prices and the facilities, which included a large pool, clean sandy beaches and excellent shore-side snorkelling, were generally well maintained and easily accessed. The men enjoyed two rounds of golf on a very parched course but with good greens and lots of rewarding rough in which the delightful caddies proved to be very competent ball finders. Boat trips to neighbouring islands were easily arranged and worthwhile. Candle lit suppers set up on the beach were very enjoyable. We all felt very fortunate in having found such a lovely place to spend a week on holiday. The two hour drive from the airport was more of interest than a disadvantage allowing as it did a close-up view of the island and its people.
