Pretty standard corporate hotel stay - nothing amazingly special. Room was fine and breakfast was decent.

Poor service by maintenance and housekeeping. Phone calls get unattended, door is knocked since 8am for cleaning, takes them 30 mins and multiple phone calls to deliver just one drinking water bottle, rooms not kept ready while new guests check in.

Worst experience ever. We had booking for 2 nights 2 rooms for 2 individuals and while we entered the hotel, reception guy Sulamani asked us that there are no rooms available. After us showing the prepaid booking voucher from hotels.com and insisting on room he gave us one room after waiting half hour at 2.30am which was not ready and left over room. Used bedsheets and cups were only available. He was not sure of the refund policy and asked us to wait till the morning on the same. Never experienced such pathetically bad service in my entire life. Hotels.com was not reachable at this time saying 8am to 12am!!! It's not even a 1 star treatment from a hotel chain of Radisson! Expect complete refund of prepaid booking and 2 rooms for tomorrow.

Last stay room service was out of 75% on menu, a few time before someone had urinated in the kettle and this was not sorted before I occupied room. Sunday night I had to wait 2 hours for a room....I spend 5 to 8 nights here a month.........and this is not the way to retain clients. I was told the hotel was over booked.............one needs to pay in advance and when you can not make it, it is a fight to get a refund..........this is seriously flawed...............

It took more than an hour to get checked in. Literally! Staff were friendly but too slow a service. Hotel room was old, rundown carpet that hadn't been vacuumed. Even the teaspoons were both used. It was obvious that they had not been washed. Lucky I was too exhausted to complain.

Good location, felt safe and secured, and the staff was very helpful

Cleaning needs to be better

It's old and needs a refresh. Shower head could be better quality. So too table lamp and blinds.

Great Place To Stay, Only Downfall Is That They Charge You For Parking......

How do I get my detailed Bill? Hotel didn’t release one but I need it to retire my expenses at work
