"Poor service,the room was not clean "

The room was not clean,tables were dripping water,the was dust everywhere,and the room smelled like someone was smoking in there, The receptionist that welcomed us did not keep her promise to check if I can get extra mattress for my Son,

Nice hotel. Short drive from Nelson Mandela Square. Good: Spacious room. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Bad: Dusty carpet/floor at some corners of the room and under the bedside table. Key card and lift system is always not working properly (you need to use key card to call for lift).

Courtesy shuttle service though a whatsapp number of the hotel would be better. They dont always check the gautrain station for clients and calling when roaming is expensive. Surprised they don't offer shuttle service at 1100am.
