Park Inn Sandton

Hi - there was only one towel instead of 2 in bathroom; there was no teaspoon for making tea/coffee; there was only enough milk for one cup of coffee each; there was no creamer; the one bulb on lampshade fused; the blind not closing neatly; there was an extra charge for parking which is NOT in advert. Other than these, we were in room for very short time and did enjoy economical and green environment - would go back if need. Thanx

Hotel and rooms are very nice. Would definitely come back. However, s couple if things. Buffet breakfast very limited, around 09:30 we came down and not much left. Bread was finished. Sausages were over cooked. Room service was closed, no answer for atleast an hour, reception also unavailable for atleast 25 minutes. Finally walked down to find out, they closed due to spraying. Room booked for a couple, only one big shower towel. Asked the ladies on the floor around 9am, till I checked out at 12 still waiting. We shared a towel. If you dont know, how will you change. Just general feedback.

The Park inn hotel location,bead rooms,brekfast is very good .my stay at hotel was memorabel and comfortabel....the only thing what I have seen not good was local shattel.when you ask the shattel at reception they will answer you only shattel is coming but during my stay I did not get any shattle even to go to City mall. the rest thing in the Hotel was very good.

l was not given soap to shower and fridge for my eye drops. when l asked the guy that works at night, he was rude and didn't do anything or even appologise.rather he played nonchalant attitude untill morning people came

one staff that works at night was unfriendly and rude and not helpful. others were nice. the night staff refused to give me soap for washing and frigde for my eye drops.instead of been sorry he was claiming right. can u imagine. if l didn't have my own soap l wouldn't have taken shower that night. l didn't put my eye drops in fridge. so is not nice.
