The hotel staff are always very accommodating and helpful. I was with my elderly Mum and the service and attention from everyone was fantastic.

The only complaint I have is the cost for using the spa, which is a new charge since my last visit.

The staff are really friendly and approachable at this hotel; as a solo traveller this is so important. The hotel itself is beautiful. I love the lounge to just relax in and read, have a lovely coffee or drink. Comfortable seating, wonderful decor and calming ambience. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a great couple of nights sleep and loved the Molten Brown toiletries! I can't wait to come again and try the restaurant in the evening and the spa which looked so luxurious!

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave!
