Great location and facilities

Das Hotel war sehr schön und elegant. Die Lage war perfekt, gleich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und nicht weit zur Innenstadt. Unsere Doppelzimmer waren groß, ruhig und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, man konnte auch von einer Karte bestellen, das Personal war generell sehr freundlich, die Servicemitarbeiterin Emma beim Frühstück möchte ich hervorheben, sie war toll und super nett !!

The position of the hotel near the station and City.

It's in need of renovating, painting new carpets and cleaning. I felt it was very tired. The staff on the whole were great but spoilt by the odd few in lower management. It's a real shame this could be an amazing hotel.

From the warm welcome on arrival, to the helpful, quick and clear check out, we had a wonderful stay. Every member of staff made an effort to greet us and make our stay the best it could be. The rooms were spacious, clean, and relaxing. The spa was exceptional and the restaurant also delicious. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the centre and even shorter to the train station.

Our only surprise was the shower being over the bath. Although not a problem for us, it could be for those with less mobility.
