"Not what I expected based on the pictures"

Staff was nice.

The room doesn't look like the pictures. AC was broken. Something black from the AC kept getting on my bed. Too expensive for what I pay for.

Great location in a lovely part of the city. Staff on reception were nice.

Bathrooms felt like they needed to be given a bit more of a deep clean regularly, especially given they are shared/communal. Rooms were small - can’t tell if it was good value for money or not!
