This was the second time I go to the Russelior and it was amazing as ever. I went with my family. The beds are so comfortable and clean. The food is good. And the service is amazing. Special thanks to Imen and Ayman. Thank you for making our holiday special. We plan to visit again this Summer. We count on you to make it as special as before.

Quite place and friendly staff

I had the most wonderful time. From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and accommodated. I would like to specifically mention Marwa from the front desk, Chef Ridha from Le Bonsai restaurant and Sabrine from the spa for their exceptional customer service. They really were the highlight of our trip and I will always remember them. I can't wait to come back with the whole family!

Our experience at The Russelor Hotel and Spa in Tunisia was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Receptionist Rania and Outstanding Staff Member Moez, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Rania for the incredible surprise that added a magical touch to our trip. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel so special from the very first interaction. And what can we say about Moez? Simply exceptional! He was incredibly supportive, helping us plan excursions and ensuring we had the best experience possible. But most importantly, both Rania and Moez played a pivotal role in making our engagement party a dream come true. They took away all the stress and anxiety, handling every detail with such care and dedication that we could truly enjoy the moment. Thanks to them, our engagement was mesmerizing and unforgettable—an event we will cherish for a lifetime. They truly went outside the box to make everything perfect, and for that, they deserve the Staff of the Year Award! If you’re considering staying at The Russelor Hotel and Spa, we highly recommend it. The hotel itself is stunning, but it’s the people like Rania and Moez who make it a 5-star experience. Very bad welcome from reception, bad food quality not meeting expectations, SPA is cold , dirty hotel with dirty Rooms , deserve 2 stars , parking service asking always for extras money , very expensive hotel compared to other hotels , poor Atmosphere and animation ,

Extremely noisy, unfriendly staff with attitude (expect the girl at night at front desk). A lot of much better options around

Worst service despite the price are too expensive compared to other hotels in the same area with better service, they make a stupid line for food in the dinner for everything ( you do a line for even items you won’t need ) which makes you wait 15 to 20 mins in line in case you won’t to refill your place, the room are far from the amenities , we have been offered a distant room. With view to the wall , indoor pool is cold in the winter time .
