The Russelior Hotel & Spa

We went for 7 nights 14-7-2025 to 21-7-2025. The hotel is Fabulous and all the staff were Wonderful throughout our stay. Reception staff Baha, Marwa, Iman,Yasser, Yossri always willing to help. Extremely polite, professional and friendly service, they were a joy to talk to. The same with the restaurant and pool staff. In the Spa Gzala gave a super treatment and also the Housekeeping lady Emna was very nice and friendly. We are already Planning our next Trip to Russell Hotel and Spa Hammanet. Bharti

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The pool area is absolutely beautiful — especially the waterfall side, which added a serene and relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Yossri and Raina for their warm welcome, constant availability, and help with booking our excursions. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The dinner buffet was excellent, offering few different variety of dishes each night. Breakfast was decent — not outstanding, but with enough variety to start the day. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The rooms lacked basic amenities like a kettle for tea or coffee, and no complimentary water was provided daily, which is something we expected from a 5-star hotel. It was also disappointing that the half-board didn’t include even water or basic drink for first round. Room cleaning was another minor issue — housekeeping often didn’t leave enough toilet paper, and sometimes towels weren’t replaced in a timely manner. While the staff did provide what we needed when requested, it became a bit annoying to have to ask for these basics. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, great pool, and friendly service, but a few improvements in room amenities and housekeeping would make the experience even better. Local mosque was 10-12 short walk away, which was handy.

Exceptional service especially by receptionist called Baha, he made our trip very easy and extremely enjoyable, his customer service was amazing and made sure we were okay throughout our trip. The hotel was very clean and staff was welcoming, friendly and created a comfortable environment. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunisia.

Been there at the beginning of june, and everything was perfect, starting with the staff and hotel and ending with everything else, a very plesant experiance. And Yossri helped me with everything i needed to plan my whole experiance there. A great guy!

It was honestly the best trip ever, the hotel was super accommodating, and we made friends with everyone. We even extended our trip and stayed in the same hotel because we didn’t want to leave, the receptionist baha was amazing and super helpful and so was everyone else that works there. We will definitely be visiting again!!

This hotel exceeds five stars – the customer service is among the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. The swimming pool is very clean and safe, with a lifeguard on duty for the children. In the early morning, you can enjoy a lovely breakfast from 6:30am, with no queues or crowds, and the food is absolutely fantastic. The hotel also offers a spa, an American bar, and the staff will go out of their way to help with anything you may need. I truly wish I could have stayed for another week. If you’re not keen on the typical all-inclusive hotels in Tunisia, I highly recommend this place. You’ll enjoy a luxurious experience at a five-star hotel and have a wonderful time. Thank you!

I was absolutely delighted and very satisfied with my stay at The Ressellior Hotel in Tunis. The service was truly outstanding! I especially want to highlight Ms. Marwa at the reception — she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the entire stay. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference. The staff were really helpful and made staying here a pleasure . Facilities were clean and gave a range of things to do . Breakfast had a large selection and the hotel is situated right next to the beach and close to lots of nearby shops and places to eat .
